Starting with a healthy breakfast is certainly one component to setting a good tone for the day. Even if short on time, a quick breakfast with this berry bowl will offer awesome nutrition: protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium just to name a few.
Berry Breakfast Bowl
- 1-2 cups diced fruit – blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, nectarines, peaches, and/or bananas
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons nuts, seeds or granola – a favorite mix is almonds, walnuts, and pepitas
Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
