Death by air squat. First minute, perform 5 air squats. At the start of every minute, add one air squat to the set. Workout ends when you can no longer perform the increased number of squats within the minute.
Fun for Kids:
If kids tucker out, have them tally squats per minute on construction paper or be responsible for your minute timer.
