Day 17

Part 1:

6 rounds:

  • 1 minute max burpees
  • 1 minute rest

Part 2:
  • 100 Russian twists

Fun for Kids:

Most likely, kids will annihilate your burpee score!  Make the Russian twists fun by making a new silly face every time you twist toward each other.
