Are we settling back into the normal school routine yet? Ha! We are still in the middle of pandemic life and routine and normal hardly belong together in a sentence. Because ease is the name of the game for getting everyone happily out the door (or to their home computer) in time, we are putting a new spin on our favorite breakfast recipes. Make ahead breakfasts are the perfect way to check one major to-do off the morning list.

Filling the refrigerator with mason jar breakfasts means one prep session (about 20 minutes total) for a week of nutritious and delicious grab-n-go’s.

Our favorite recipes include super foods like berries, chia seeds, flax, and whole grains. Super flavor is the added bonus.

Each recipe is designed to make one serving so multiply recipe to fit your family’s needs and size. Prep recipes, linked below, as directed then divide into mason jars, cover with tight fitting lid and refrigerate until ready for use.
